This study explores the role of human rights education and implementation in Turkey during its candidacy process for the European Union. It highlights Turkey’s commitment to European values and underscores that human rights acquire real significance only through education and practical application. The work emphasizes the global dimension of human rights protection, calling for collective responsibility against issues such as discrimination, xenophobia, and maltreatment. It further stresses the importance of youth education and the proactive role of public authorities in fostering a culture of human rights.
